The Handy Filler Manual piston filler is perfect for filling short runs of a few thousand bottles at a time, at an amazingly low cost. Handy Fillers are simple, lever action filling machines that can operate at temperatures up to 180 degrees F. They are sturdily constructed with stainless steel cylinders and rods, to give years of reliable service. Pistons and valve ends are made of high quality FDA Approved Polymers, and resist corrosion. Our filling machines can fill a wide variety of products from liquids, lotions and creams, to hot sauces and slurries with grains and seeds up to 1/8" in diameter. Polymer tie rods make it a snap to take apart and clean the system, and our fillers are Dishwasher Safe. Our bottle filling machine measures out just the volume you need to fill your container, from 1 oz to 9 oz per stroke. It can fill from 600 to 1000, 9 oz containers an hour, depending on the viscosity of your product. Amazingly, it's just as fast to fill 16 oz with two 8 oz strokes as it is to use a larger 16 oz per stroke machine.

The whole system weighs from 4 to 6 pounds, depending on which one you order. The frame is 3 inches wide by 9 inches long, plus the handle and valve assembly. It is very simple to set up and use.

The VPF108-SL - This is the best filing machine for food and drink. It is made of FDA Approved Materials, and features variable volumetric filling from 1 oz to 9 oz per stroke. The level of your product must be lower than the level of the filler. For water thin to medium viscosity lotions, Hot sauce BBQ Sauce, oils, lotions, slurries and products with chunks, grains or seeds up to 1/8" in diameter. Temps to 180 degrees F. The VPF108-PV - This is the filler pictured in the video. 1 oz to 9 oz per stroke. This filler has larger 3/4" valves and is our creams, gels and lotions workhorse. It can handle higher viscosity products than the SL. It comes only with Buna-N seals, and isn't made with FDA approved materials, though it is rated NSF safe for drinking water. The maximum operating temperature is 140 degrees F.

Handy FIller VPF124HK- Dispenses 2 oz to 24 oz per stroke. This filler is our newest addition and can handle thick creams, lotions, and gels. This filler has 3/4 inch valves throughout. This machine can dispense from 2 oz to 24 ounces per pump. Your can easily set the volume adjustment for 12 oz, 16 oz, 24 oz or any volume you wish. it comes only with Buna-N seals and is not made with FDA approved materials. It is made of materials that are rated NSF 61 safe for drinking water and the maximum operating temperature is 140 degrees F.

High Viscosity Valve Assembly Option. This option is available for the VPF108PV and the VPF124HK. This valve assembly has 1 inch valves throughout, and can handle very thick creams, gels and lotions. The 1 inch tubing accommodates thicker products. If your products are very thick, you need this option.

Free Hopper Kit- I'll also include a free nylon bulkhead fitting so you can make your own hopper from a 5 gallon poly pail, or 16 quart stainless stock pot. Just drill a 5/8" hole in the bottom of your container, and install the free bulkhead fitting with the included gaskets. It works great! Install the fitting in the cap of a 1 gallon jug. Turn it upside down and you have a 1 gallon hopper. Suck the product directly out of your gallon jugs and reduce waste.

I'll do my best to send you everything you need to start filling right out of the box, but if I don't think the Handy Filler will suit your operation, I'll tell you so.

Why I Don't List a Phone Number: Sometimes people are reluctant to purchase items from a website where no phone number is listed. I can understand that. I don't list a phone number because I'm hearing impaired and don't communicate well on the phone. I prefer to handle all inquiries by email. Here is a Customer's VPF108SL setup for filling hot sauce.

It's Easy to Set the Volume: Volumetric adjustment is made with a shaft collar on the piston rod. You fill slowly into a measuring cup until the desired volume is reached, then tighten the shaft collar at that point. Although this isn't a precision machine, it maintains relatively consistent filling volumes. For 12 oz containers, adjust the filler for two 6 oz strokes. For 16 oz containers, two 8 oz strokes. You can fill up to 600, 16 oz containers per hour with the VPF108.

Returns: We want only happy customers. Just email us if you are having trouble with the filler. We will work with you to solve any problems. If you are still unhappy with your Handy Filler, just email us to arrange a return within 30 days for a full refund. The machine must be as clean when returned as it was when you received it. A $25 cleaning charge will be deducted from your refund if the machine is left dirty. Simply cycling a couple of gallons of hot water and detergent, followed by hot rinse water through the machine is usually enough.
